Horsham Golf and Fitness Gaffers April Stableford was played in ideal weather conditions. Beverly Field in a starting line up of 38, which included 13 ladies, took the ladies first prize with 45 points and a 2 stroke handicap cut from Christine Dickenson who scored 31 points.

In the mens section of 25 players, Gerry Lyons was first with a creditable 48 points and a downward revision of 3 strokes in his handicap. Joe Sharkey came in second on 46 points which earned him a 1 stroke handicap cut, in thrid place was John Egan on 42 points.
